I enjoy creating unique handcrafted sculpture carved primarily from soapstone or alabaster. All my work is produced solely by me in a small work area at my home using hand tools and grinders. I am now expanding my sculptures to include other stone carvings such as boats, fish, birds, and crosses, and mixed media as well. My main focus is still my bears as I have admired them for many years and we still visit national parks on vacations to look for them.
